I want to speak very frankly. Being a woman, I have noticed that there are more women on a diet than people who are not. We are terrified by this idea that prevents us from living in total freedom the things we like, for the phantom idea behind each of our meals. Of course, this is not a small dilemma, don’t you think? What to eat and how to eat? We don’t know what foods are necessary to feel really good, and we don’t care much, except for the fact that they shouldn’t make us fat. We are obsessed with this idea.
To tell the truth, I often see girls who have a few pounds more than what our body requires, and it’s not that they are really sick; On the contrary, they are pleasing to the eye and very sensual, to be honest. First of all, we should realize that modeling is a job that requires sacrifices, to which our friends are forced to submit. Secondly, since we are not forced to live this kind of life, perhaps we should focus more on what our body needs. At this point, a question arises spontaneously: what should we eat? Who should we rely on? As we have seen in other articles, it is really important to know the sources from which we get the information we need to deal with a problem or situation that is close to our hearts.
I must say that I have always been attracted to doctors who, in addition to representing an authority in the medical field, have gone further and continued their studies obtaining real results for improvement in different areas.
In this case, what I particularly liked about this new diet, recently discovered and put into circulation, is that it has very deep and scientific foundations. Our doctor in question is not only a surgeon who dedicates his life to helping others, but he has gone further by researching the reasons behind the disease, which is why I personally consider him a double authority. Leaving aside these personal reflections of mine, I believe that to choose a diet, given the importance behind it for every woman, I would look at several points: one, the motivation behind the diet; who is the person who created it and then on what principles it is based. All these elements are the basis of a good decision.
Now that we have achieved some clarity on the subject, it is clear that it is very important to act on the basis of what makes us comfortable, also for the future. Another question I could ask myself, based on what we have just seen, is: what happens after I achieve my results with this diet? Will I go back to the way I was before? I doubt it, because once we eliminated what didn’t belong to us and learned what makes us feel good, eating on the basis of what our body needs, we would also learn to eat healthily and give the body what it really needs. This is the result I want to achieve and I expect each of you to achieve it. Thank you.
